Things to do!
Welcome to Clare! The coastal fishing and
forestry communities of this area, often referred to as the
French Acadian Shore, hug picturesque St. Mary's Bay for
over 50 km (35 miles). Discover the tranquility of the
Mavillette Beach and the village of Cape Saint Mary’s. The
Cape’s wharf is most picturesque, and is guarded by homes
perched on the hill overlooking the sea. In the village are
Cape Saint Mary’s Lighthouse and art galleries and studios.
You will also find one of the area’s most precious
treasures: Mavillette Beach.
Events
throughout the area: Musique de la Baie, Festival
acadien de Clare, Histoires de la Baie, Clare Bluegrass
Festival, and Belliveau Cove Outdoor Market. Check out
